HOW TO BECOME A STALL HOLDER

Calling all warm winter fare foodies and retailers! Become a part of the iconic Scarborough Sunset Markets set along the Scarborough beachfront every Saturday afternoon in winter, inviting locals and visitors alike to rediscover the picturesque beachfront to eat, drink, shop and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Planning is underway for them to occur every Saturday from May to October 2023.

This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at Scarborough Sunset Markets "WINTER EDITION".

Please note preference will be be given to current financial members of the Scarborough Beach Association (who have their business premises locally). Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Winter Edition Fees*

Food Stalls or Vehicles $350 per week

Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls or Vehicles $150 per week

Retail $95 per week

Scarborough Beach Association Members $99

Brand Activation = Price on Application

Not For Profit Charity (non food) = FREE (limited space available)

The markets are supported by a significant marketing and media campaign and becoming an integral part of the community and tourism landscape, attracting thousands of visitors each week.
